Filterpal is the owner of U.S. Patent Numbers 9,161,667 and 10,286,346 and has additional patents pending in the U.S. and in foreign countries and regions (“Filterpal Patents”). The products displayed on the Website and offered via Filterpal Services may be covered by one or more of the Filterpal Patents. Filterpal reserves all rights conveyed to Filterpal by and through the Filterpal Patents including the rights to make, use, sell, offer for sale, and import products covered by the Filterpal Patents in and into the U.S. and foreign countries covered by the Filterpal Patents.
License And Access
Subject to Your compliance with these Terms of Use, Filterpal grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Website and Filterpal Services.
